The closing date for the Qualifications Wales consultation on the full 14-16 qualifications offer is: Wednesday 14th June 2023

The parental right to request withdrawal from RVE in the Curriculum for Wales.
Currently in Wales, parents still have the right to request that their child be withdrawn from religious education (RE).
From September 2022, there will be no parental right to request withdrawal from religion, values and ethics (RVE) in respect of all learners up to and including year 6, as the Curriculum for Wales (CfW) will be implemented by all primary schools and settings for learners aged 3 to 11 from this date.
