WASACRE conducted a ‘New Welsh Baccalaureate and RE’ survey, which involved 17 of the 22 SACREs in Wales.
The survey aimed to enable WASACRE to map how schools have managed the implementation of the new qualification in their individual setting, and whether the Welsh Baccalaureate has had a positive or negative impact on religious education in schools across Wales, through collating and sharing information, experiences, and practice.
A report detailing the initial findings of the survey is now available.
